Shipping policy

Shipping

 

We ship to addresses in the United States.

 

Free US shipping until 1 November 2026. Standard shipping on US orders is free until 1 November 2026. After that date, a flat standard shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Processing and delivery. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and ship from our partner warehouses. Most US orders arrive 5 to 10 business days after you order. Personalised items, such as engraved name tags, are made to order and add 2 to 3 business days of production before they ship.

 

Orders with several items. Items in one order can ship from different warehouses, so they may arrive on different days. You will get a tracking email for each parcel as soon as it ships.

 

Christmas. For Christmas delivery we publish a last order date on the site. Orders placed after that date may arrive after 25 December.

 

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If your tracking has not moved for 5 business days, email krish@heart-side.org and we will chase it.

 

Address mistakes. Please check your delivery address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email krish@heart-side.org straight away. We can only change an address before the order ships.

 

Lost or damaged parcels. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email krish@heart-side.org and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
